Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to join MTP’s on-site team in Lahore, supporting UK client UtilityBox. Full-time, in-person role (Rs125,00+/month) working UK business hours. You’ll represent UtilityBox in high-volume outbound cold calls to UK businesses, source and qualify leads with ZoomInfo and CRM tools, follow up, schedule appointments, and report daily call metrics. Minimum 2–3 years cold-calling/lead-generation experience required. Fluency in English (British/American accent preferred), strong phone confidence, and the ability to generate and qualify leads independently are essential.
