Job Description
Ad Wise Consultant seeks a full-time Contract Manager (12-month contract) to oversee daily office operations, supervise staff, train new hires, and ensure high-quality client service. You will implement business strategies, monitor attendance and productivity, prepare monthly performance and sales reports, manage resources and schedules, handle client escalations, and maintain confidentiality and anti-corruption standards. The role requires achieving assigned KPIs, representing the company professionally, and coordinating with management to improve efficiency. Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs40,00/month. Work Location: On the road.
