Job Description

PGG is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative to engage potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to promote our products and services. You will maintain accurate CRM records, identify new business opportunities and leads, collaborate with sales and marketing to execute strategies, and deliver excellent customer service by resolving client queries efficiently. Excellent English communication skills are required. Compensation: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month. Experience: CSR 2 years (preferred). Work location: In person.
