Job Description
Quantive Digital is hiring a Senior Proposal Specialist to generate sales on Upwork, focusing on Design, Development, Animation, and Video Editing niches. You will manage bidding, project categorization, and client engagement to convert leads into projects. Full-time, on-site night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM) in Gulshan Block 13C. Candidates must have 2–4 years of relevant experience. We offer a competitive salary, commission, and a five-day workweek (Sat & Sun off). Job Type: Full-time; Work Location: In person.
