Job Description
Handle inbound calls and online dairy orders: record/confirm orders, answer product/price/delivery questions, resolve/escalate complaints, coordinate inventory/logistics, notify customers of changes, maintain records/reports, and promote offers. Requirements: 1 year call center/customer care experience, intermediate education preferred, in-person availability in Lahore. Application questions: Are you a Lahore resident?
