Job Description
Lead finishing and semi-inspection of sanitary ware to ensure product quality. Inspect and control defects (cracks, pinholes, glaze faults, warpage), train and lead casting/finishing teams, maintain inspection records, AQL sampling, coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance, enforce ISO and safety standards, manage manpower, appraisals and on-job training, and report using MS Office. Requirements: DAE/B.Tech in Ceramic Technology or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in sanitary ware/ceramics, strong leadership, problem solving, attention to detail. Full-time, in-person.
