Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to serve our UK customers. You will handle phone, email and live chat inquiries, diagnose and resolve issues, document interactions in our CRM, and meet service-level targets. The ideal candidate has excellent UK English communication, strong problem-solving skills, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Knowledge of the UK market and working hours (GMT/BST) is preferred. This role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training provided; flexible shifts may include evenings and weekends.
