Job Description
Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is hiring a full-time Call Center Specialist for our Bahawalpur office, shift 2pm–11pm. You will call candidates, confirm availability, coordinate and manage interviews with clients, and maintain regular client communication to build long-term relationships. International sales experience is a plus. Required: minimum 1 year call center experience, excellent spoken and written English, strong phone etiquette, comfortable with email, MS Office, Google tools and internet browsing. Must be proactive, patient, team-oriented, and a clear storyteller with sharp communication skills. This is an in-person role based onsite.
