Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is seeking motivated Customer Service Agents to join our onsite team in PECHS Block 6. You will provide client and fleet support by responding to inquiries across channels, troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates should have strong verbal communication (neutral or American accent), be tech‑savvy, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work the night shift (7 PM–4 AM, Mon–Fri). This full-time role includes training, a supportive environment, opportunities for advancement, and pay of Rs60,00–70,00 per month.
