Mars BPO is hiring Customer Service Associates for our outbound calling team. Make outbound calls, explain services clearly, identify interest, generate quality leads, and maintain accurate records. Ideal for freshers and experienced candidates with intermediate education, basic computer skills, good English, and a target-driven mindset. We offer fixed salary (Rs35,00–45,00/month) plus performance incentives, on-the-job training, career growth, and long-term stability.
