Job Description
Manage international and local import/export accounts as the primary customer contact. Coordinate end-to-end shipments, send arrival notices and proactive updates, prepare notifications, verify shipping documents, and liaise with carriers, overseas agents, customs, and internal teams. Requires 2–3 years freight forwarding experience; pharma logistics a plus. Must have import/export operations knowledge, excellent communication, customer focus, problem-solving, and multitasking.
