Job Description
Support students’ academic, social, and career development by assessing needs, creating individualized plans, delivering one-on-one and group counseling, coordinating with teachers and families, and referring to resources. Requirements: bachelor’s in counseling, education, or related field (master’s or counseling certification preferred), 2+ years in schools or youth services, excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills, plus compassion, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork.
