Job Description
The E-Commerce Inventory Control Manager oversees online inventory accuracy, demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and returns management. You will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations to optimize stock levels, reduce stockouts and overstocks, and improve fulfillment KPIs. Responsibilities include inventory audits, reporting, process improvement, and implementing inventory systems. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce inventory or supply chain, strong Excel and ERP experience, analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership to manage cross-functional teams. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and data-driven decision making.
