Job Description
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive in Lahore to manage automotive categories (paints, tyres, lubricants, batteries). You will develop category sales strategies, build dealer and retailer relationships, analyze market trends, ensure product placement and visibility, provide forecasts, and coordinate with marketing and supply chain to meet revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Requirements: MBA (preferably Marketing), 3–4 years of automotive sales experience, proven track record, strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and time-management skills.
