Job Description
Walee Technologies seeks a Junior Collection Officer for an on-site role in I-9 Islamabad. You will handle inbound and outbound calls about loans, repayments, and app guidance; resolve complaints; log interactions in CRM; escalate technical, recovery, or finance issues; and meet KPIs (call quality, AHT, CSAT). Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to 1 year in customer service/call center, fluent in English and/or Urdu, tech-savvy, organized, and eager to learn. Full-time (9AM–6PM or 10AM–7PM). Salary: PKR 40,00/month.
