Job Description
BizScale seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to monitor calls, chats, and emails; perform quality scoring, coaching, trend analysis, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years QA BPO experience, strong knowledge of quality metrics, MS Office, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Full-time, in-person in Lahore, night shift (7pm–4am). Salary Rs60,00–Rs90,00/month. Please include QA experience, audit/training exposure, years in QA, English level (1–10), night availability, expected and last salary.
