Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Revenue Cycle Management Quality Auditor to lead audit programs ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal cash flow. You will design and perform audits across billing, coding, claims, denials, and accounts receivable; analyze KPIs and trends; prepare reports; recommend process improvements; and coach teams to close gaps. Requirements: 5+ years in revenue cycle quality/auditing, deep knowledge of billing/coding, payer rules, and EHR systems; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Certification (CPAM, AAPC, CBQA) or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. This role reports to Revenue Cycle leadership and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
