Job Description
Join us as a Research and Training Consultant to design and deliver capacity-building programs and manage research projects. You will develop curricula, conduct needs assessments, lead workshops, analyze data, and produce reports. Required: master’s degree in social sciences, education, or a related field; three-plus years’ experience in training and applied research; excellent facilitation, research methods, and communication skills. Proven track record in curriculum design and monitoring and evaluation is preferred. This contract-based role is flexible and may involve travel.
