Job Description
Join Well Spring, a modern aesthetic clinic, as Floor Manager. This full-time, in-person role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, patient flow and scheduling, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with medical staff. Candidates should have 5+ years in clinic or medical office settings, strong leadership, excellent communication, familiarity with EMR and scheduling systems, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; infection control knowledge and interest in aesthetics are a plus.
