Job Description
As a Field Collections Officer you will manage in-person collection of payments and invoices from clients across assigned territories. Duties include scheduling visits, verifying customer accounts, collecting and documenting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. You will coordinate with the credit team, prepare daily reports, and follow company cash-handling procedures. Candidates should have at least 1 year of collections or cash-handling experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and basic computer literacy. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel locally is required.
