Working Days: Monday–Friday

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)

Compensation: PKR 50,00–90,00 (Base Salary) + Commission

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and target-driven Sales Executive (US Market) to engage with U.S.-based clients, generate sales opportunities, and provide customized packaging solutions. This role offers strong exposure to international sales and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales communication with U.S. clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
• Follow up with leads, manage inquiries, and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong sales acumen and target-oriented mindset
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• CRM knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. market hours
