BPO Office Coordinator | Be the Operational Commander for Our Evening Shift | Feb 2026 Intake

This isn’t just an admin job. This is the essential hub that keeps our BPO office running. ABS International is hiring an Office Coordinator to be the operational commander of our Gulshan-e-Iqbal location during the key evening hours. If you’re the person who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in flawless execution, and wants to be the valued backbone of a dynamic call center environment, this is your role.

Your Mission: Command Smooth Operations.

You will be the central point for all office coordination during the evening shift, ensuring our sales and support teams have what they need to perform. You are the first impression and the reliable force keeping everything on track.

✅ You Are Our Next Operational Commander If You:

  • Take immense pride in being organized, punctual, and professionally reliable.
  • Have strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Are proficient with basic office technology (MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Have 6+ months of experience in a front-facing or coordination role (or the innate skill to excel).
  • Are genuinely energized by the responsibility of the evening shift (5 PM – 1 AM) and supporting a fast-paced BPO office.

  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and handle all communications with polished professionalism.
  • Coordinate Office Logistics: Ensure seamless daily operations, from scheduling to record-keeping, for our call center teams.
