Job Description

Experience Level: 1-2 years

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and possess a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Adopt a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong creativity in aligning designs with market needs.
• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create website and mobile app designs.
• Develop visual content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, such as posts, carousels, and covers.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency with UX design software, particularly Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to understand detailed requirements from clients and design user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience in applying UX design best practices to create solutions, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to efficiently and intelligently iterate designs and solutions.
• Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
