Job Description

World Student Links Pvt Ltd is hiring motivated and communicative Student Advisors (Male & Female) to join our Lahore office. This role involves one-on-one counseling with students interested in study abroad opportunities. Candidates with call center or customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding international education options
• Understand student goals and guide them accordingly
• Build trust and maintain long-term student relationships
• Handle inquiries professionally (in-person & calls)
• Meet performance targets and work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listening, empathy, and patience
• Ability to build rapport and confidence with students

Language Requirements:

• Excellent English (spoken & written)

Preferred Experience:

• Call center or customer service background
