Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Hybrid – Gulberg, Lahore)

Salary: PKR 70,00 – 80,00 per month (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time,

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Location: Gulberg, Lahore ( onsite )

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our UK-based service business Landlord Certificate London. This role involves handling customer inquiries and making outbound calls to existing, old, and last year’s clients.

candidates must be available to work onsite in Gulberg when required.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Cold call previous and existing customers to offer services and follow up

Contact last year’s clients for renewals and updates

Book services and update customer records

Resolve customer issues professionally

Maintain accurate call and customer data

Requirements (Mandatory)

Confident spoken English (UK clients)

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Comfortable with outbound and cold calling

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Willing to work hybrid and come onsite in Gulberg when required

Comfortable with 1 PM – 11 PM PKT working hours

Salary range is PKR 70,00 – 80,00/month
