We’re Hiring | Retail Outlet Manager

Liberty Books is looking for a dynamic Retail Outlet Manager to lead one of our flagship outlets and drive performance with passion.
What You’ll Do:
– Take full ownership of outlet operations, sales, and team performance
– Create a welcoming, customer-first environment that reflects the Liberty Books brand
– Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales targets
– Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment
– Ensure smooth cash handling, reporting, and operational compliance
– Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
– 3–5 years of experience as a Retail/Store/Outlet Manager
– Strong leadership and people-management skills
– Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory, and cash controls
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– A passion for books, learning, and customer engagement
