Job Description
We are hiring confident and motivated Male & Female Call Center Executives for our office-based call center.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide required information.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Follow company scripts and call guidelines.
Requirements
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills (English / Urdu ).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work from office.
