Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, develop high-impact sales strategies, and lead business development efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development services (web, mobile, cloud, SaaS, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, startups, and enterprise partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and contracts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target industries, and competitor offerings
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service agreements to close deals
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth project handover
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client data using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Experience with CRM tools, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead-generation platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling custom software, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions
- Knowledge of web technologies, mobile apps, cloud platforms, and APIs
- Familiarity with international clients and offshore development models
- Strong proposal writing and client onboarding skills
- Experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software solutions
