Job Title: Medical Billing Executive (Fresh – Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for fresh and energetic individuals to join our Medical Billing team in the Production Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for processing medical claims, verifying patient data, and ensuring accurate billing for U.S.-based healthcare providers. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and review patient, insurance, and billing information accurately.
• Process medical claims and ensure compliance with client and payer requirements.
• Identify and resolve billing errors or discrepancies.
• Follow up on pending claims and coordinate with the QA team for error correction.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company data at all times.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BS, or equivalent).
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Skills:
• Good communication and comprehension skills (English proficiency required).
