Code Genic By Mars is hiring experienced Medicare Verifiers to join our growing call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying Medicare beneficiary information while maintaining strict compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Verify Medicare beneficiary details on recorded/live calls
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and call quality standards
- Confirm customer eligibility and consent
- Meet daily and weekly verification targets
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Medicare verification experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Good listening and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
