Al Imran Aviation (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring a highly professional & experienced Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
Requirements:
- Excellent command over Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre
- Proven experience as an Umrah Consultant
- Strong dealing with Walking Clients, Corporate Leads & B2B Agents
- Complete and in-depth knowledge of Umrah procedures, documentation & visa requirements
- Expertise in ticket issuance, revalidation, refunds & re-routing
- Professional communication & client handling skills
Experience:
- Must be 3 to 4 years
