Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Handle buyer inquiries, costing, and order confirmation for sportswear products.

· Prepare and manage order sheets, BOMs, and T&A plans.

· Coordinate with production, PPC, sourcing, and quality departments.

· Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories availability as per production plans.

· Follow up on sampling, approvals, and bulk production status.

· Oversee Proto Sample Development through PPS (Pre-Production Sample) approval.

· Monitor sample timelines and documentations.

· Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and specifications.

· Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.

· Evaluate vendors for quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability.

· Ensure compliance with environmental and ethical sourcing practices.

· Liaise with QA and laboratories for material testing reports and certifications.

· Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to develop new styles, finishes, and design proposals for upcoming business meetings or seasonal collections.

· Ensure all fashion products are prepared for trade fairs, buyer meetings, and exhibitions in Europe, USA, and Pakistan.

· Develop marketing materials, display samples, and presentation boards for each collection.

· Identify opportunities for process and cost improvements.

· Maintain accurate merchandising reports and documentation.

· Support customer communication and issue resolution.

Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor’s / Master’s in Textile, Fashion, or Business Management.

· 8–10 years’ experience in leather merchandising or fashion production.

· Proven track record of buyer handling, sampling, and product development for international clients.
