Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Officer
Location: Bahria Phase 7 Rawalpindi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (New York / Florida Time – EST)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Data Entry Officer. This role primarily involves accurate data entry and administrative support. The selected candidate will work closely with our team and will be trained on the Maintenance Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems
- Manage and organize data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Handle professional email communication as required
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Learn and operate the company’s Maintenance Management System (training will be provided)
- Support the team with basic administrative and computer-based tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Good computer literacy
- Hands-on experience with email handling
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and tools
