Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales growth and brand development for our Food & Beverage projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, developing marketing strategies, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for F&B projects
• Identify new business opportunities, clients, and distribution channels
• Lead branding, promotions, and campaign activities
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to achieve business targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in Food & Beverage
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
