Job Summary:

Hi Street is looking for motivated and responsible Assistant Managers for our outlets in Gujrat and Sahiwal. The selected candidates will support the Branch Manager in daily operations, sales performance, staff supervision, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily store operations
• Support in achieving sales targets and improving store performance
• Supervise and guide sales staff on the floor
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and product replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Ensure implementation of company policies and SOPs

Requirements:
