Job Description

Telecom Sales Representative (Outbound) – USA Market

Company: Simply Connect

Timings: Night Shift – Onsite (8 PM – 5 AM)

Location: Bungalow 50/J, Street #50, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, P.E.C.H.S Block 6, Karachi

Simply Connect is looking for confident, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Telecom Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to grow in telecom sales and work with top brands like Spectrum and AT&T.

Your Role:

• Make outbound calls to US customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer internet, TV, and mobile solutions.
• Recommend plans that best suit each customer.
• Keep accurate customer records.
• Provide a professional and friendly experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Good English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Prior US camapign call center roles/ sales experience is required.
• Experience in AT&T & Spectrum is a plus.
