Job Description
Grand City is seeking a Head of Department (HOD) Land to lead our land acquisition and development processes. This role involves overseeing land acquisition, strategic planning, market research, and stakeholder liaison, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include handling land disputes, managing the land portfolio, and leading team efforts for effective project implementation. Regular reporting to senior management and budget management for land projects are essential functions of this position.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, strategic, and possess strong leadership skills.
