Job Description
We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager (Preferably Male)
Amros Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow.
Qualification
* Pharm-D/MPharm
* Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
Experience
* Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical company (mandatory)
* Proven experience in managing teams, inventory systems, and GMP environments
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee complete warehouse operations including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
* Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
* Implement effective inventory management, stock control, and reconciliation processes
* Monitor storage conditions and material status (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected)
* Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are properly followed
* Lead, guide, and develop warehouse staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency
* Make critical operational decisions to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability
* Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, and Logistics for smooth operations
* Handle audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare warehouse performance and stock reports for management
Skills Required:
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Analytical mindset for inventory and process optimization
* Proficiency in warehouse systems / ERP is preferred
Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
