Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Sharp)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

An international real estate brokerage firm is hiring a Front Desk Manager to manage front office operations and deliver a professional first impression.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in front desk or administrative roles
  • Graduate, fluent in English
  • Strong communication & MS Office skills
  • Business formal appearance required
  • Must commute independently (no pick & drop)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Mon–Sat)

Location: 26th Street, Clifton Block 4, Karachi

Transportation Requirement

  • No pick-and-drop facility is provided.
  • Candidates must be able to commute independently and reliably.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Female candidate (for front desk representation requirements).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
  • Graduate (minimum) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers, fax machines).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking, and stress management skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional presence.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Candidates currently studying or seeking flexible schedules should not apply.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs75,00.00 per month
