About the Role
We are seeking Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, lead generation, telemarketing, and business development. You will focus on cold calling UK-based prospects, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to UK prospects.
- Identify customer needs, pain points, and qualify leads.
- Build and nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers.
- Continuously improve sales scripts, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center, or business development.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling.
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
- Team player with adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in UK timings (2 PM – 11 PM PST).
