Job Description

Globe Call Centre is currently hiring experienced and dependable UK Cab Dispatchers and Operators to support our expanding operations team. We are looking for motivated professionals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, think critically under pressure, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Candidates with proven experience in UK taxi or transportation dispatch operations are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assign incoming cab bookings efficiently to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Monitor driver routes, schedules, and performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers and customers, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of trip details, driver activities, and daily dispatch logs.
  • Ensure dispatch operations comply with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of dispatch systems, GPS tools, and route management software.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
