- Manage client queries professionally via calls, emails, and chats.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
- A presentable, professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- The ability to quickly understand business processes and work independently.
- Basic financial knowledge to explain ROI, capital gains, and market trends.
