Job Overview:

We are hiring a confident and motivated Female Tele Sales Executive for our solar company. Candidates with prior solar or tele sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar solutions
• Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Explain solar system types, pricing, and benefits in a simple manner
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales
• Maintain daily call records and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales (solar experience is a plus)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
