Job Summary:
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads within the cybersecurity space. You will be instrumental in driving the top of the sales funnel by engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating interest in our solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies that attract high-quality leads from businesses looking for robust cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential leads using a variety of tools, such as LinkedIn, company websites, industry events, and databases.
- Develop and maintain a lead list of target organizations across multiple industries with a focus on cybersecurity needs.
- Identify key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Managers) within target organizations.
Outbound Lead Generation:
- Execute cold calling, cold emailing, relationship-building calls, and other outbound strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Use CRM and sales automation tools to track outreach and follow-up efforts effectively.
- Engage with prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
- Qualify leads by assessing their potential fit for the company’s cybersecurity products and services.
- Work with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and assist with setting up meetings or product demos.
- Continuously nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, educational content, and engagement strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, results, and insights.
- Contribute to the development of campaigns, email sequences, and promotional strategies targeting potential clients.
Market Research:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and competitive offerings to better position lead generation strategies.
- Gather feedback from prospects and customers to help refine product positioning and sales strategies.
Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, solutions, and industry terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
