Call Center Agent – Real Estate
Qualification: B.com
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or real estate-related roles is a plus.
Requirement: As a Call Center Agent at Patel Group, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and delivering excellent service. You will handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries, appointments, client follow-ups, and more, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for every customer.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from potential buyers, sellers, and renters with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding property listings, services, and market trends.
- Schedule appointments for property showings, consultations, and meetings.
