Position
Customer Sales Representative (IT Services)
What You’ll Do
- Connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, and online platforms (Upwork, etc.)
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable IT services
- Participate in client calls and virtual meetings
- Follow up with leads and support deal closures
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposals
- Maintain lead and client records
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates / freshies (training provided)
- Candidates with 1–3+ years of sales or business development experience
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with international clients
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling is a plus (not mandatory)
Salary & Growth
- Basic Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
- Commission: Up to 5% on closed deals
- Clear growth path to Senior Sales and Team Lead roles
