Position

Customer Sales Representative (IT Services)

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, and online platforms (Upwork, etc.)
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable IT services
  • Participate in client calls and virtual meetings
  • Follow up with leads and support deal closures
  • Coordinate with technical teams for proposals
  • Maintain lead and client records

Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates / freshies (training provided)
  • Candidates with 1–3+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with international clients
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary & Growth

  • Basic Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
  • Commission: Up to 5% on closed deals
  • Clear growth path to Senior Sales and Team Lead roles
