Job Description
We’re Hiring: Software Sales Executive
Are you passionate about sales and technology? We’re looking for a Software Sales Executive who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and sell smart software solutions that actually solve problems.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Understand client business needs and recommend the right software solutions
- Present product features, demos, and pricing in a clear, confident way
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with technical and support teams for smooth client onboarding
- Update leads, activities, and deals in CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest or experience in software, SaaS, or IT solutions
- Ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Comfortable using CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in software/IT sales (fresh candidates with strong sales skills are welcome)
- B2B or B2C sales experience is a plus
