Job Description
Location: Johar Town
Timings: 7PM – 4AM
Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with 2–3 years of sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, comfortable working the night shift, and capable of meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a basic salary plus commission based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers to promote company products or services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Follow up with leads and close sales in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness and availability to work the night shift
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commissions
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems preferred)
