Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are hiring an HTML5 Games Monetization Specialist for an on-site role based in Rawalpindi. This position focuses on optimizing advertising performance for browser-based HTML5 games and web platforms using industry-standard ad technologies and analytics, while maintaining full compliance with platform policies.

You will work closely with internal product and development teams on-site to improve monetization efficiency, user experience, and long-term revenue sustainability.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
• Work Type: On-site (office-based)
• Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize ad monetization for HTML5 / browser-based gaming environments
• Optimize ad layouts and placements to improve RPM, CTR, and fill rate
• Monitor and analyze monetization performance using reporting and analytics tools
• Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, density, and placement
• Ensure all monetization activities follow ad platform policies and best practices
• Collaborate in person with developers and product teams
• Identify and resolve performance or policy-related issues

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience monetizing HTML5 games or browser-based websites
• Strong understanding of web advertising and monetization fundamentals
• Familiarity with ad placements, performance metrics, and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of policy-compliant traffic and monetization practices
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi on a full-time basis

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, casual games, or interactive web content
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or similar platforms
