Dentist Required – Join a Growing Multidisciplinary Medical Clinic (F11, Islamabad)

DMH Clinics – F-11 Islamabad is expanding its services and is looking for a motivated, skilled General Dentist to join our professional medical team.

We are a physician-led, modern clinic offering high-quality care across multiple specialties including gynecology, physiotherapy, aesthetics, hair restoration, psychology — and now dentistry.

Position Details

Role: General Dentist

Location: F-11, Islamabad

Type: Full-time | Long-term collaboration preferred. Part-time can be considered for the right candidate.

Collaboration & Earning Options

We believe in fair, performance-based growth and offer flexible models depending on experience and skill level:

Option 1 – Revenue Share (Preferred Starting Model)

• 60% Clinic / 40% Dentist (standard start)
• Can progress to 50% / 50% for strong performers or dentists bringing patient base

Option 2 – Salary + Performance Bonus

• Competitive monthly salary (based on experience)
• Plus 10% – 25% of collected treatment revenue

(Final structure discussed after interview)

Experience Required

✔ Minimum 3 years clinical experience

✔ Ideally 4+ years for faster growth and independence

Fresh graduates alone are not preferred.

Core Skills Required (Must Be Confident In)

• Root canal treatments (anterior & molar)
• Composite fillings
• Scaling & polishing
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Crowns & bridges

Strong Advantage If Experienced In:

• Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening)
• Dental implants
• Wisdom tooth surgery
• Periodontal treatments
